A very interesting read! I do think (and sometimes worry) that maybe illnesses in later life could be affected by what I put into my body (that goes for some mad nights out and too much alcohol), so I will have a look at that. I do drink lots of water and was brought up on good food, lots of fruit and veg and like to eat lots of raw food, so hopefully I'll continue on this path....only downfall is chocolate, of which I know no boundaries ;)

I agree with you Georgie we are what we eat! I've been changing my eating habits for two years now, I'm much careful with what I eat and I've notice some positive changes on my body. This book looks really interesting I may get it soon xx

I really agree that diet makes the most difference to your skin (and exercise, actually), I can really tell if I've not been eating well.
