REVIEW: Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Complexion Correcting Serum

Lately I've become addicted to French skincare so I was so thrilled that Caudalie recently got in touch to send me their new Vinoperfect Radiance Serum: a satin-soft serum that is scientifically proven to lighten dark spots in just 4 weeks; leaving your skin brightened, renewed, and looking gorgeously radiant. Now, who doesn't want that?!
Caudalie is a brand I already use an awful lot and in fact a post on their recent Vinosource range is here. What makes the brand so special is that they are a 100% independent French family that represent the very best in French-made cosmetics. Caudalie was founded over 20 years ago on the vineyards of Bordeaux, utilising the exceptional anti-oxidant powers of the grape and vine, backed by innovative scientific research and technology. Several years later, they have now successfully built up a cult following, adored by the press, celebrities, beauty bloggers, make-up artists and winning numerous industry beauty awards which has meant that Caudalie has grown into a global success story.

The premise behind the Vinoperfect Radiance Serum is that, used morning and night, it works to correct existing dark spots and prevent the appearance of new ones. It's a product that is perfect to use in combination with your sunscreen which is fabulous news for someone like me who needs to be very careful with how I protect my fair skin from the damaging rays of the sun. However, if you like to tan sensibly, this serum will also encourage an even, longer lasting tan.

What I loved about this serum is how beautifully light it is. It's so silky and the thin consistency absorbs into the skin instantly meaning you can apply your SPF or moisturiser seconds after applying and it will make your skincare application a breeze. Also, I love to use lots of skincare but I hate how heavy my skin is left feeling so products like this that sink in instantly are a dream, are they not?

My skin is very typical of your average redhead with a true porcelain colouring that is incredibly sensitive to the sun. But as well as sensitive my skin is quite quite combination in temperament and I can get an oily t-zone. I have natural freckles but thankfully no scar marks or age spots. Nonetheless, I love how over the weeks I tested this for it just made my skin look really healthy and radiant. And actually, so many people have commented on how 'healthy' I looked and normally people think I look a bit sickly with my pale skin so I'm putting those wonderful comments down to this! It's also gorgeously mattifying so it makes the best canvas for make up.

This serum also packs a punch of anti-oxidant and anti-ageing actions that stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin. As such, this serum is also ideal for smokers, scar marks, sun-derived or age-related dark spots or pregnancy marks and will give your skin a more unified appearance, leaving you with a luminous complexion all round.
A huge thank you to Caudalie for letting me try this beautiful wonder serum. I can't wait to have this in my skincare collection and when I run out (sad face) I will absolutely purchase one myself.

Caudalie is a brand you can find very easily at French pharmacies and Space NK here in the UK, but if you're looking for something to be delivered easily, the online website has some fantastic offers such as free shipping with orders £30 and over, free gift wrapping with any £60 spend and 3 free samples with any purchase.

How many of you are Caudalie fans? Do you also adore French skincare like me? They just seem to get it oh-so-right, don't they? If you've tried this serum, or anything from Vinosource range let me know what you think. For more information about all of the products mentioned click here
