Last year I had the pleasure of being invited to the Dorset Team Etsy Christmas market in Wimborne, Dorset with Beauxoxo and it was lovely to be back this year in the company of lots of local artisans from all over the county.
The event coincided with Etsy Made Local and also Small Business Saturday and was again held at the Allendale Centre in Wimborne. Two rooms of the centre were filled with incredible talent from local artists, crafters, illustrators, jewellery designers, cakes, hair accessories (moi!), cards and Christmas ornaments as well as vintage and antique treasures. It was the perfect opportunity to shop for the festive period and here's a few of my favourite treasures below.
And umm, is it okay to show you how I displayed my glitter bows as well?! I had so much fun with this display!
I'm so passionate about Etsy and it's crazy to think that now 5 years ago (oh.my.goodness!) I opened Beauxoxo on Etsy in my University library! It was without doubt one of the best things I have ever done, and I'm eternally thankful for the incredible opportunities it has given me, and the wonderful people I have met along the way.
Events like this are always a special way to meet with other local sellers and realise how powerful the Etsy community truly is. A huge big thank you to the sellers and to the wonderful people I met that day. And yet again, hugest props and congratulations to Dorothy Days for pulling this together so brilliantly again. Everything you do is very much appreciated!
Were you able to shop at a Etsy Made Local market this Christmas? If not, are you a lover of Etsy anyway? Tell me your favourite sellers and everything you've lusting after below. You can shop my shop on Etsy here.
