I'm so, so excited to tell you all that I am apart of a wonderful project called 'Home Make Me Happy' and my DIY trompe l'oeil shoes project is featured in the newly released book! *huge squee* I am so incredibly happy and honoured to have my second DIY in print and it's so surreal to me as this has honestly been a huge dream of mine for as long as I can remember: to have my DIYs published and on paper in some way!
I am equally delighted to be apart of a book that is for such a worthy cause. 'Home Make Me Happy,' in a nutshell, is a book put together by a team of colleagues at Informa PLC’s Manchester office with the goal of raising £10,000 for The Prince’s Trust. The Prince's Trust is a truly wonderful charity and helps so many people in so many ways.
The team set about working on this project by contacting artisans, businesses and blogger's like myself from all across the country and put together a beautiful book packed with inspiring, fun tutorials with projects featuring everything from my fashion shoe DIY to baking, knitting, sewing and oh so much more. For just £15 with a book packed full of endless crafty inspiration, and with the money going to such a good cause, it's a must-have for all my fellow craft enthusiasts.
Than you so much Kate for inviting me to be apart of this a lovely little craft book, and I hope you're all truly proud of what you have achieved for such a worthy cause. For more information and to buy the 'Home Make Me Happy' craft book it is available by simply clicking right here.
