My Weekend in Liverpool

As you can probably tell from the post title and photos, I’ve been away this weekend to that magical northern gem they call Liverpool. Come on my travels with me with my little photo diary and if you fancy a multi-sensory experience, watch the above video and you’ll truly feel like you were there too. Enjoy! <3 xo.

036037041043066069074So last week, and the week before that, I was on such a little blogging role, I even blogged about a snazzy little blog planner here but for the last few days I have actually not stuck to any real schedule as I have enjoyed a few wonderful days in Liverpool visiting family. Liverpool is pretty much my second home, and Merseyside in general. I try to visit as often as possible. I returned last night and I miss it already! Liverpool truly is, in my opinion, one of the most fascintating cities you could ever visit. It’s literally drenched in culture and history and the people are just so welcoming it’s such a joy to visit as often as I can really.

I thought I’d include some photos from my trip, but I also have two posts planned from my visit. Firstly, on Friday I had the great fortune of working with the wonderful Hannah Millard and the beautiful Laura for a Valentine’s Day inspired photo shoot. I cannot wait to share some photos with you all very soon! We had such a lovely day and they truly were a pleasure to work with. I spent Monday gathering information together for a shopping guide to the city. I started to do these shopping guides a little while ago but have majorly slacked so I can’t wait to tell you all about the shopping in Liverpool.

And that’s a wrap really! Thank you so much for reading this post and I’d love to know if any of my readers are from Liverpool, or love the city as much as I do? Oh, in case you thought the last two photos don’t look like Liverpool then yes you’re spot on. The last photos are actually the view coming into Southampton airport. I’ve never captured this route before but it looked so super pretty I couldn’t not!

xoxo

  3. I loved Liverpool when I visited. Its got such a different vibe from London, where I am living now and completely different from Toronto, where I am originally from. The Cavern Club was super cool to go into.
