OOTD: ‘I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes’

This isn’t the best outfit post because it was taken a little too late last night and the lighting was a little off, but I had to show you this dress, I love it so, so much! I actually own this dress in two colours, which sounds excessive but this style suits me the best, so I purchased the green and pink shade full price at the Yumi store when it first came out, and then picked up this cream shade for a mere £10 at the Yumi outlet in Street. It is so, so lovely. A combination of a gorgeous smock top with stunning embroidery, a velvet ribbon backing, and a lovely netted skirt underneath. My Mum used to put me in dresses like this when I was little, and it’s so sweet and feminine and a little doll like in some ways! I wore it to a little family BBQ we had as this weather is so lush I swear everyone is having them right now! I paired it with a mix of bluey-turquoise jewels but forgot you can’t see my earrings! They are lovely long turquoise stones my Mum found in India for me. Otherwise I kept it simple with just a little cream glittery flower I made ages ago, and some brown sandals from New Look.
Speaking of Yumi, well strictly this is an Uttam design, I was beyond gutted to miss their latest press day again. I totally adore where I live but I hate having to turn down press days but London is two hours away and I never know where to park so pay exorbitant train fares which I don’t like doing, anyway moaning aside, you all know I absolutely adore Yumi! If anyone knows of anywhere in London that is cheap to stay, please let me know. I mean I have friends and family there, but I don’t want to be a nuisance so any suggestions would be fantastic.
Anyway a bit of a short but sweet post today as I am really behind with admin for my  shop and with emails. A massive, massive apology for such late replies. I’m normally very good, but I have just been crafting up a storm for markets and photo shoots! I hope you have all had a lovely start to the week ♥.
Ooooh, the lovely Kim from Ever Ours and I are joining forces to bring you an amazing giveaway, so click here to enter.
