046I fiiiiinally got it! I have been wanting this palette for ages but every time I visited my local Superdrug they only had the blusher or lip pout in. But yes, it is finally mine and I do love it. It’s not my favourite Sleek palette, but I adore the fun colours for summer, and lately I’ve been boring and using neutrals every single day, so I’m happy to have my bright colour make up mojo back! The pigmentation as usual is incredible, with a fun mix of mattes and shimmers. It perfectly embodies the exotic shades you’d imagine to be surrounded by in a gorgeous Caribbean setting. Funnily enough my two favourites are the Martinis (top row and then bottom row ‘Green Martini’) but yet again I can’t see myself touching the black shade as I prefer dark browns over black with my colouring. Oh and I’m so sorry my swatches are awful, I did them in a rush, and was nudged, but I know you’ve seen them a million times before so hope no one minds!

For those of you who prefer the natural look, I would absolutely not recommend this, and instead you should definitely check out the gorgeous ‘Oh So Special’ palette with an array of gorgeous neutrals. I don’t think I like this as much as the Mediterranean Palette either, because I prefer the lilacs and the Mediterranean colour palette in general, but this is literally summer in a product!

You can either get this palette for yourself at the Sleek website, or in any Superdrug store across the UK for £6.49. I’d love to hear what you think of it as always!

xoxo

  1. I wish I was brave enough to wear brights on my eyes. I also tend to stick to browns and neutrals but this palette looks so fun I might just have to give it a go! I'm sure these colours would be gorgeous when I go on holiday :) xxx

  4. @ Lovelain94- They are incredibly good value for money, absolutely. Even though they have increased the price slightly, the eyeshadows are just as good as high end versions, in my opinion!

  6. I haven't tried the eyeshadow pallettes as I'm not really an "eyeshadow" person (I only ever buy eyeshadows as needed) but I use the leek bronzer for contouring and LOVE it! Very recommended brand! x
