REVIEW: Montagne Jeunesse White Chocolate Masque

068

I’ve found a new favourite brand, and the good news is a) it’s cheap and b) it’s available from pretty much most Superdrug and Boots stores. I bet you’ve seen Motagne Jeunesse before, as it’s not a new brand at all, and I’ve seen it around for years. However for some reason I stupidly linked these to the horrible chemical laden Superdrug own sachets of face and hair masks, and it’s only until recently I decided to check them out again. But if the fact is has white chocolate in isn’t tempting enough, here’s a little description from the website:

Deep Cleanse with our new Whitening Masque as part of your regime for a radiant, glowing complexion. Smells so yum please don't be tempted to eat! Allow the Cocoa Butter, rich Cream and moisturising Jojoba to leave your skin deep cleansed & as smooth as the softest cream.

Try this ultra deep cleansing choccie treat for a WOW facial experience.

  • Gluten Free
  • Dairy Free
  • No Added Parabens

It sounds pretty delicious doesn’t it, and it is! It smells divine and look, a gorgeous ingredients list:

In fact I am shocked that for only 99p and the fact it’s sold in Superdrug that the ingredients list reads like this to be honest, and I’m so annoyed that I have often ignored this brand. But no more! I can now see myself using these in conjunction with my LUSH face masks. This face mask left my skin soft, nourished and glowing, and as we are all desperately trying to keep warm and upping the central heating in this freaky cold patch, our skin needs a pick me up!

SOME KEY INGREDIENTS AND THE PROPERTIES FROM THE WEBSITE:
Cocoa Butter -
Extracted from the seeds of the cocoa plant. A rich emollient used for its moisturizing and soothing properties.

Jojoba Oil - Fights fine lines and skin roughness. It can eliminate blemishes and protect skin cells.

Dead Sea Salt - Heals & softens skin for a healthier complexion.

Has anyone tried this brand before? Enable me if you have! If you haven’t checked out their website you must, it’s so cute and has tons of extras. I only wish they sold half the stuff they do online in Superdrug or elsewhere.

xoxo
