Nicola Robert's Dainty Doll Re-launch!

I am SO excited to actually be blogging about this as it seems forever ago since I first mentioned the brand would be expanding and re-developed. Are you a little confused as to what I'm going on about? Okay, well although Cheryl Cole may unintentionally steal the spotlight amongst her other Girls Aloud members, this time it's Nicola Robert's time to shine. You'll probably know her as the one with stunning red hair and a super gorgeous milky complexion. Some may love it, some may hate it. As a fellow redhead myself I of course love it. During their 2008 programme 'Passion of Girls Aloud' Nicola set about developing a make up range especially for fair skinned beauties, after like so many of us, she was sick of the tango effect due to every 'light' foundation in fact making us look orange. Enough was enough and so we have an awful lot to thank Nicola for!

I immediately pounced on the first release and FINALLY got myself a foundation to perfectly match my skin tone. Regular readers will know I rant and rave about struggling to find foundation, but this for once worked so perfectly. Only problem? The formula was okay but not incredible. Also, it was only available online. But as of now Nicola is finally back with a re-release of her foundations with new formulations and even more options. Excited?! That's a complete understatement!

But do you want to know something even more exciting? Nicola Roberts herself will officially be launching her new collection on 24 August 2010 from 1pm to 2pm at Harrods, London. The launch will be held in the 'Way In department', which is located on the fourth floor. Nicola will also be signing printed cards, and the make up too I believe. If you want to be part of this amazing opportunity then it is recommended that you reach the department by 12.30pm. I'm devastated that I cannot make this, and if I was free I'd be there without a doubt. In fact I'm gutted I can't be there, I love Nicola and I really wanted to meet her. So if you can go, GO but if you can't the range will be available to buy on ASOS a few weeks after the exclusive launch at Harrods.
