Favourites: July 2010

I know, I'm a little early this month, but I'm going away tomorrow for a week. I'll explain more in a further post. But anyway, this month has been fairly alright. Not really that amazing, but not that bad. Here's what things have been getting me through!
1. Beauxoxo White Crystal Glittery Netted Butterfly Hair Clip
Sorry to promote, but I've genuinely been wearing my little butterfly clip non-stop at the moment! It's such a cutie, and because it's white, there's no problem worrying whether it's going to clash with all my summer dresses!
2. Miss Selfridge 'I Love Cake' Necklace

Sorry for the awful photo, but I took these photos just now and the light was fading! I really adore this necklace. I truly think Miss Selfridge has some of the cutest jewellery pieces on the UK high street. I always love everything, and lately have been more in love with their accessories than clothes. This necklace is set on a pearl chain with little cake and tea type charms on. Super pretty, although that spotted red ribbon has a habit for unwrapping!
3. Topshop Bow with Heart Drop Earrings
I first fell in love with these earrings a few weeks ago but they were £8 and I kept telling myself I didn't need them. Well, when I found them reduced to £3 the other day, I decided I needed them! I think they're gorgeous, and look so much more expensive than they are. The Freedom accessory range at Topshop is also one of my most favourite places to spend my money!!!
4. Accessorize Russian Doll Necklace
And we're not done with the jewellery yet! I've been on a real jewellery kick lately, can you tell? ;). This is one I picked up just the other day after falling head over heels in love with it. I absolutely adore Russian Dolls, and so my Mum and I got this necklace, the bracelet and the other larger necklace to share between us. She's cool like that, you see ;).
5. Barry M Limited Edition Nail Polish
I've been rather cruel about Barry M polishes lately, and I feel bad, because I absolutely adore Barry M, so I'm really glad that this polish was actually really good! Very smooth and easy to apply and is lasting a long time with relatively no chipping. Welcome back, Barry M polishes!
6. Beauxoxo Candyfloss Hair Bow
I'm so sorry to self-promote again but I have generally been wearing this bow non-stop! It's got a cute fuzzy candyfloss on and I love it for summer.
7. Nubar 'Hot Pink' Nail Art Pen
July has been the month of my nail art addiction! I'm so excited to begin this little addiction and I've got some more designs up my sleeve, or err, nails! Nubar kindly sent me this nail art pen earlier this month and I absolutely love it. I was also sent a hot orange shade. It makes nail art super easy for even a novice like moi. I would definitely recommend them. You can pick them up at beautyshed.co.uk. OH and if you are tempted by Nubar, because I get so many emails about Nubar recommendations and stuff, then enter LOOK20 at checkout to get 20% off your order courtesy of LOOK magazine.
8. Ben & Jerry Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
Totally, totally random but ice cream is a classic favourite, right?! My normal Ben & Jerry favourite is Phish Food, but I love the mini Ben & Jerry ones...you don't feel so guilty then! This is seriously amazing and I love sitting outside, with a Ben & Jerry ice cream, watching the world go by :). 9. Naked Shampoo and Conditioner
So one of my favourite bloggers recently did a post about the damage SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) can cause to the hair and they suggested the Naked range. I will definitely edit the URL of the blog link in, once I found it, but I think it was Fee....please make yourself known :). Anyway, this was on offers in Boots earlier this month, as a buy one get one free, so I got the conditioner for £3.99 and got the conditioner for free. Score! The shampoo is okay, as in it lathers well, but takes aaaages to wash out. The conditioner however is amazing, and smells glorious. An absolute must have.

10. My DFF!

Here's my final favourite...and a little random...but here is my doggy best friend...my Great Auntie's dog Tiffun. He is such a gent, and the most adorable dog I have ever met in my life. I love him a ridiculous amount and absolutely love looking after him. I was never allowed a pet when I was little (or now!) so he is the pet I never had, so I love spoiling him. Anyway, I just thought I'd share a photo, because he's super cute. I just replaced this photo with an even cuter one!!! :)

So that's just some of what I've been loving this July. Now I want to know what you've been loving, so feel free to tell me below, or link me to your post!

xoxo
