Urban Decay Alice in Wonderland Book of Shadows

This post is going to be fairly old news to some, but I only found out a few days ago and I've been umming and ahhing whether to post but omg, Urban Decay meets Alice in Wonderland! I can honestly say that I never been more excited for a collection since Barbie loves MAC and the MAC Hello Kitty range. So now I introduce you to my newest beauty collection lust- The Urban Decay Alice in Wonderland Book of Shadows, which has been timed to coincide with the new Tim Burton film of the same name. The palette contains 16 bestsellers renamed with 'topsy turvy names' from the story with a 3D pop up decoration of Alice’s journey through the Mushroom Forest. The palette is just achingly beautiful, and for once in a palette I love ALL the shades...although why do 'Midnight Tea Party' and 'Drink Me, Eat Me' look EXACTLY the same?! Otherwise, amazing.

Actually I'm afraid there is one more downfall- a) it probably won't be released until March 2010 (TOO long away!) and b) only about 2000 will be made for UK. So both yay and nay but I'm just so, so excited that Urban Decay has a pallette that will co sign to the euphoria that the movie will ignite. Because have you seen the make up for the film? It's absolute magic.

There's information on this release all over the beauty world but I'm staying tuned to updates from the wonderful British Beauty Blogger. The nearest information from Urban Decay I've found is an email sign up link which is
here. Finally, for more detailed photos head over to Pursebuzz. The photos for my post come from British Beauty Blogger. Phew, I think that's it. So now I want to hear what you lot think :). For me this is my 2010 must have!

EDITED TO ADD: IN THIS POST I STATED THAT ONLY 2000 WOULD BE MADE FOR THE UK BUT THIS IS APPARENTLY A FALSE RUMOUR THAT WAS GOING AROUND THE BEAUTY WORLD, WHICH IS FANTASTIC NEWS!

xoxo
