Blush away the January blues: Barry M 'Pink Orchid'

So most people have the January blues, right? I know I do! Still feeling a bit rough so I thought this would be a good moment to tell you all what's got me through the last week, make up wise! So you know when you're ill you can't be bothered with a full face of make up? I know I can't. For me, I'd rather have an extra half hour in bed, so that's why I've been loving this gorgeous blusher from Barry M to perk up my skin. I know I'm totally late on the Barry M blusher bandwagon but I got there! The colour I got is 'Pink Orchid' a gorgeous bluey-soft pink. It's SUPER pigmented, blends easily and I love how it has Vitamin E in it so it protects the skin too. But I have a tip for you...less is definitely more...believe me when I say these are super pigmented. Oh and please, please, please don't attempt to apply it with that brush. Just ugh, what's that all about Barry M?! If you're reading, this product is fantastic but please bin the brush and give us more blush!

A bit of this and some mascara and that's my make up done. If you're looking for a high-performing budget blusher then definitely check these blushers out. They'll take you through the winter blues and into Spring for one thing! Check out Barry M blushers here: http://www.barrym.com/products/product.asp?id=143.

  5. @ Abbie- great blusher minds think alike huh ;)

@ Juicygirl- that's weird it's sold out everywhere! At first they were at my local Barry M stockists but when I got mine there were tons. Hope you get one :).

@ Sarah- Yeah very true Sarah, as long as they get rid of the brush, I'm happy! ;)

@ Carine- use a huge blusher brush and just use one swipe, then buff it in well. It won't look too bright that way!
