An Update and a Christmas Tag

Hello all! It feels like it's been forever since I last stopped by...in truth, I have been extremely busy. I've been away all weekend and upon my return I have a chest infection and a cold. YUCK! What a lovely early Christmas present! I haven't felt like doing anything so apologies for neglecting my blog. I didn't feel like doing a too-involved post that needs careful writing and thought, so I thought I'd do this tag that I found whilst flicking through my dashboard. I've copied the questions from the lovely Make Up by Dollymix. For anyone reading this please feel free to give it a go yourself, therefore I tag everyone :).

Favourite Colour - Pink, without a doubt, I love pink. I'm very much a girly girl. I also love shades of green, baby blue and yellow.

Facebook? - I have an account but I hate it. I might as well not have one because I never use it!

Favourite Christmas Song - This is so hard because there are so many classics but I would probably say 'Fairytale of New York', it's just so different to the others. Actually, I'm editing this right now because I can't believe I forgot John Lennon's classic 'Happy Xmas (War is Over)'. I think that's truly my favourite- I'm a huge John Lennon/Beatles fan, and this is one of very few Christmas songs I can listen to over and over again without getting bored. It's a very special song, and the lyrics are really meaningful.

Christmas tree real or fake? - Fake all the way. I have asthma so I couldn't cope with a real one!

Hottest celebrity - I think 2009 should definitely see Robert Pattison get this crown!

Favourite Restaurant - I love pretty much any Italian restaurant, but I'm equally happy in Nandos! ;).

Favourite Magazine - I looove magazines so this is difficult. I get LOOK magazine every week but when I was growing up I adore Teen Vogue and Elle Girl...are they both still going? Nowadays I treat myself to the real things, occasionally!

Favourite Holiday Drink - I drink copious amounts of orange juice January-December. I don't have a holiday drink!

Favourite Christmas Movie - I don't think I could pick just one...because there are so many! I never get tired of Mary Poppins though! hehe.

xoxo

  2. Haha, yeah you'd think with all that Vitamin C I get from Orange Juice I'd be healthy, but nope! :)

  3. Hope you start to feel better! Nothing worse than being ill over the festive period.

I agree with 'Fairytale of New York', always makes me smile when I hear that song. Does make me wonder whether they were drunk when they recorded it though :)

    Merry Christmas x
